Background Research

• Objective: Aim is to populate all 5 solar boards with the correct electrical components and doing a test on all boards.
• Key Questions: Where are the boards? Where are the components? What equipment do I need to do this? What are some errors that can I run into?
• Methodology:

1. Find the solar cell board by asking senior members
2. Understand what type of electrical components are needed (look at PCB design)
3. Figure out where each component goes on the board
4. Solder the components safely
5. Test the boards using a multimeter
