We need to step down the 3V3 input (from EPS power rail) to 1V2 (MCU supply voltage)

- Haven’t tested it yet. The simplest way to test it would be to send some data over CAN and probe the CANH and CANL with the scope. We can just send a sequence of 1s and 0s and then determine if the differential signal is correct.
