Make sure the probe has the JTAG adapter attached to it.
Connect probe to board using the following connections

Make sure all 4 JTAG GND pins are connected to any of the board’s GND pins.
Open up the .CCXML file
You should see this after opening the file.
Make sure connection is set to “Texas Instruments XDS110 USB Debug Probe”
Go to the Advanced Page
